Carol Cox
Carol has a first Class Degree in Fine Art and a Masters Degree in Contemporary Curating. She combines both of these skills working as an Artist/Curator and has had a number of exhibitions of her own work, as well as organising and Curating a number of exhibitions including the North Worcestershire Open 2010, Fifteen Inches of Frame 2010 and Worcestershire Contemporary Art Show 2011.
My Art is about me and how I interpret what I see and feel. I tend to tap into what lies just below a surface, whether it is my fascination with the crumbling facades of buildings, hidden streets or even us and our memories. It is the element of what is hidden - good or bad that inspires me.
As a Curator I am always looking for ideas to showcase good, interesting, challenging and exciting Art, bringing together Artists and encouraging partnerships.
